Snelling is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant with strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Executive‐level administrative support for a Office Equipment company in the Oxford area. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‐oriented, professional, and confident managing both financial tasks and high‐level office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
• Handle collections with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide executive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
• Maintain organized records, reports, and confidential information
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in AR and collections
• Strong background in executive administrative support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
