HHA/PCA

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you will help promote safety, comfort, and independence while delivering respectful, high-quality assistance tailored to each person’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting support as appropriate
• Provide mobility assistance, positioning, and transfer support
• Offer light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and general home support
• Assist with medication reminders in accordance with agency policy and care plans
• Support clients with errands, appointments, and companionship as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or home environment to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow all care plans, safety procedures, and documentation requirements
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and compassionate approach at all times

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care or home care support preferred
• Current training or certification as required by local regulations or agency standards
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions and care plans
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
