Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of our insurance products, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement to expand your client base.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios to ensure they remain adequately covered as their needs evolve.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
• Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and track sales activities efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about insurance products and services.
• Ability to proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage client interactions and track sales activities efficiently.
• Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tailor insurance solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
