We are looking for an agent who wants to develop a successful real estate business alongside an experienced luxury team while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to learn how to show properties and host open houses, and is motivated to build a career through sales, lead generation, and strong client relationships. Licensed real estate agents and those currently completing their licensing education are encouraged to apply.

You will learn how to conduct professional property showings, prepare for buyer appointments, communicate with prospective clients, and help buyers explore homes that match their needs. Through practical training and experience in the field, you will develop stronger knowledge of luxury properties, local neighborhoods, and the strategies successful agents use to guide buyers through the home search process.

Hosting open houses will be an important part of your business development. You will learn how to prepare and promote properties, welcome visitors, start meaningful conversations, and identify potential buyers and sellers. You will also develop prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up skills that help turn open house activity into appointments, client relationships, and future transactions.

Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will receive coaching, sales training, and ongoing accountability to help you establish productive daily routines. Our team provides access to proven systems, marketing resources, technology, and administrative support while helping you strengthen your communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

As your experience grows, you will gain exposure to buyer consultations, listing presentations, contracts, and transaction management. You will have opportunities to develop your own client relationships, generate referrals, and expand into buyer and seller representation while building a business supported by consistent activity and professional guidance.

An active real estate license is required before performing licensed real estate activities or earning commissions. Agents currently completing their licensing requirements are welcome to begin exploring the training and development opportunities available.

Compensation

$145,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities

• Lead generation
• Converting showings into sales
• Lead follow-up
• Close salesSales scripts
• Set appointments
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
