Outside Sales Representative

Sales Representative Right Hand Rhino | $60,000–$80,000+ | Full-Time. This is not a retail or call‑center sales job. Right Hand Rhino is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial window‑cleaning business by selling recurring services to local storefronts, restaurants, and retail businesses. You’ll sell a simple, proven service backed by an established brand and operations team. If you like autonomy, field sales, and being paid for results, this role fits. What You’ll Do: Prospect and close new B2B commercial accounts. Swing 50 commercial doors a day. Sell recurring window‑cleaning services by walking in to each business in your area. Work assigned territories and self‑source leads. Follow up on inbound leads and referrals. Coordinate with local operations. Track activity using simple CRM tools. This is an active, field‑based sales role—not a desk job. Compensation: Base pay: $31,200/year. 8% uncapped commission. Performance bonuses. Expected first‑year earnings: $60,000–$80,000.
