Substance Abuse Counselor

Inpatient Program Therapist/Case ManagerIntermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Inpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager to conduct group work with a variety of patients ages 12 and older. Additional duties may include other case management functions such as assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning. Shift: Full-time weekday and weekend shifts available.Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, has been providing quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho's Treasure Valley and the western US since 1980.
