Major Duties & Responsibilities Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses Act as a leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions Use technology accurately and efficiently under time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and use of appropriate tools Proactively explore root causes of issues, think forward, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded in a solution‑driven manner Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies Take pride in store appearance, helping to keep the store clean, attractive and organized Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement and results Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions and inventory management Basic Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators Embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service and retail experience Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: 25.02 - 39.02. Employees may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan that complements a first‑class total rewards package.
