Are you an experienced *Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)* looking for an opportunity where you can truly make an impact?
Fair Haven Senior Living is seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care community in Decatur, Illinois. We’re looking for someone who knows skilled nursing, enjoys developing teams, and can balance quality resident care with strong day-to-day operations.
You’ll have the support of an experienced leadership team while still having the opportunity to lead, build, and make the community your own.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the community
* Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
* Mentor and support department leaders and staff
* Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture
* Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
* Maintain strong survey readiness and regulatory standards
* Build relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
* Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance
What We’re Looking For
* Active Illinois LNHA license
* Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience
* 3+ years of leadership experience in a SNF/LTC setting
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
