Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Accountant for a direct hire opportunity in San Juan, PR within the food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys leading daily accounting operations, strengthening internal controls, improving process consistency, and supporting accurate financial reporting.

The Lead Accountant will join a structured, collaborative finance environment with supportive leadership and a team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to assigned accounting personnel to support accurate and timely accounting operations.
- Ensure accounting processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare, review, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and other required accounting reports.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, regulations, and company requirements.
- Support full-cycle accounting activities, reconciliations, analysis, and department initiatives as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, accuracy, reporting quality, and accounting process consistency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Juan, PR.
