Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our customer located in Menlo Park CA. 6 month job with possibility of extending, regular business hours, a 100% onsite work. Expect overtime work!

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with a tight-knit People Ops team to shape how world-class talent experiences the company from their very first touchpoint. This isn't a behind-the-scenes scheduling role, you'll be a visible, trusted partner to hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters alike, with real ownership over the candidate experience. You will be working in our Menlo Park office.

● Coordinate and manage high-volume, sometimes complex candidate interviews including travel, accommodations, and reimbursements

● Utilize our applicant tracking system to communicate with, track, and schedule candidates

● Host candidates and ensure the on-site interview process is seamless

● Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders across the organization, including but not limited to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations to provide a smooth recruiting experience

Qualifications

● Communicates effectively with all levels of staff

● Highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously

● Familiar with or able to quickly learn cloud based, online tools
