This isn't a behind‑the‑scenes scheduling role, you'll be a visible, trusted partner to hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters alike, with real ownership over the candidate experience. You will be working in our Menlo Park office. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage high-volume, sometimes complex candidate interviews including travel, accommodations, and reimbursements Utilize our applicant tracking system to communicate with, track, and schedule candidates Host candidates and ensure the on‑site interview process is seamless Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders across the organization, including but not limited to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations to provide a smooth recruiting experience Qualifications Communicates effectively with all levels of staff Highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously Familiar with or able to quickly learn cloud based, online tools Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced startup environment Employs critical thinking skills and problem solving Enjoys working with people $28 - $35 an hour Does your experience not meet all of our posted requirements?
