Treasury Specialist

In this role, you'll support the firm’s treasury operations by managing daily cash positioning, payment processing, banking administration, escrow transactions, and financial reporting activities. What you’ll do: Initiate ACH and wire payments using multiple banking platforms, ensuring compliance with firm policies. Monitor bank account balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for disbursements and operations. Review bank activity for unusual, erroneous, or potentially fraudulent transactions and escalates issues appropriately. Maintain accurate documentation for treasury activities, including payments, banking changes, and fraud resolution. Process escrow transactions in accordance with firm policies and client fund requirements. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant treasury, banking, accounting, or finance operations experience. Experience working with online banking platforms is preferred. Strong understanding of treasury, banking, and accounting processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; macro experience is a bonus.
