About Thompson Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and has grown into an organization operating across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Our values are Excellence, Innovation, Commitment, Caring, and Integrity. Responsibilities Provide medical oversight, care, education, and guidance to the youth in your care. Performance is measured by individual outcomes, achieving targets/goals, contribution to the program team/department, and buy‑in to the culture of the organization. Administer medication oversight, maintain medical file records, respond to client medical needs, and work directly with the psychiatrist to provide professional nursing care. Work on an as‑needed basis, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month. What the position offers Starting pay range: $35.00–$38.00 hourly Requirements Valid driver’s license and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department. Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field. No minimum number of years of relevant professional experience.
