What You'll Be DoingAs a Prep Cook at Oni-Bites USF, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Here’s what you can expect to do:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and portioning.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks to keep service running efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
