Ongoing need for coverage through 2026. Schedule is Monday 7am - Friday 7pm call, with no weekend call. Monday-Thursday: 7am - 7am (24hr coverage) Friday: 7am - 7pm (12hr coverage) End Dates: Various through September 2026, with potential extensions into 2027 Start Date: 03/01/2026 Qualifications & Requirements: ERCP is required Hospitalist support available Two colorectal surgeons in the community GI clinic located less than half a mile from hospital Small town atmosphere with big city amenities, waterfront Travel & Expenses: Car, fuel, mileage, and hotel expenses are capped at $150 (including taxes). Rental must be refueled before return. Do NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees. No lodging through third-party websites (e.g., Expedia, Kayak). McLaren is tax-exempt; taxes on lodging are not reimbursed. Expenses will adhere to the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA. Rates to Submit: Malpractice insurance rates MUST be included in the hourly rate. Orientation rate: 1/2 of the hourly rate for training and online modules. On-call (daily rate): 24-hour coverage rate, including 8 hours gratis in-house and night call Monday-Thursday. Daily shifts for Friday (7am-7pm): include 4 hours of patient contact. Callback rate: applicable after gratis hours are completed. Holiday rates applicable for all scheduled holidays. Conversion fee as applicable.
