Gilliatte General Contractors is seeking qualified candidates to join our team for our Commercial Job Sites as full-time Superintendents. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years onsite construction supervision experience. Completion of OHSA and SWPPP certification is a plus. The Superintendent duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control, and conducting safety checks. As a superintendent, you will provide on-site direction when preparing construction sites. Key Responsibilities Coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control, and conduct safety checks on commercial job sites. Provide on-site direction and oversight of daily field operations. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications; ensure compliance with project plans and standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of onsite construction supervision experience. Ability to read blueprints and specifications; strong attention to detail. Safety oriented with a commitment to maintaining secure work environments. Ability to pass a background check. OHSA and SWPPP certification is a plus. Projects & Start Projects are starting this month; the need to fill these positions is immediate.
