THE OPPORTUNITY At Salesloft, our People Partner is a pivotal part of our success as the go-to for all employee relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization, and — with the help of the broader People team — manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding, including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews. You will analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business, and lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and compliance. On a day-to-day basis, you will: - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews. - Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization. - Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention. - Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company direction.

- Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization. - Serve as the subject matter expert on employee questions — benefits, perks, and processes.
