We're looking for a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team and help shape an exciting new dining experience.

The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded culinary skill set , a passion for excellence, and a creative approach to food. You'll work with high-quality, natural ingredients to develop unique and memorable dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, and thoughtful execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, mentor, and inspire the culinary team
• Create unique, thoughtfully crafted dishes using natural, quality ingredients
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and execution
• Develop and refine recipes and culinary techniques
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional kitchen culture
• Support menu development and contribute creative culinary ideas
• Lead by example with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail

• Proven leadership and staff-training experience

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
