HRIS Strategy Lead | Talent Tech & Analytics
Metropolitan Jewish Health System
Metropolitan Jewish Health System is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to own strategy, administration, and optimization of key HR systems, including iCIMS, Infor CloudSuite, and UKG. You will drive data integrity, automate workflows, and generate strategic reporting for informed decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure HR tech solutions and continuous improvements.
