El rol principal es garantizar estndares de servicio excelentes, responder de manera eficiente a las consultas de los clientes y mantener una alta satisfaccin del cliente. El candidato ideal es un profesional con una actitud positiva y una personalidad extrovertida. Alguien que "nunca ha conocido a un extrao," con excelentes habilidades informticas, capacidad para realizar mltiples tareas, que trabaje bien en equipo y que tenga una verdadera pasin por ayudar a los dems.
Responsabilidades:
- Establecer relaciones con los clientes y dar seguimiento segn sea necesario.
- Brindar un servicio al cliente rpido, preciso y amable, ya sea por llamadas telefnicas o atencin presencial. Esto incluye responder a consultas sobre disponibilidad de seguros, documentos de plizas, transferencias, presentacin de reclamos y aclaraciones de facturacin.
- Utilizar una comunicacin ejemplar para satisfacer eficientemente las necesidades de los clientes, al mismo tiempo que se promueve el crecimiento de nuestro negocio.
Calificaciones:
- Compromiso con el servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para relacionarse eficazmente con los clientes, responder a sus preguntas y anticipar sus necesidades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin para asistir a los clientes y coordinarse con otros miembros del equipo de la agencia.
- Proactividad en la resolucin de problemas.
