The Clinic Supervisor will oversee the day to day operations of the office and serve as a liaison to the Office Manager for our  location. They will be the point of contact for employee and physician concerns, vendor deliveries, resolution of technical issues and oversight for patient care. It is imperative that they have exceptional communication skills as they are tasked with interacting with a wide range of individuals each day. They must also have a strong understanding of medical terminology, processes and excellent organizational skills in order to ensure that the needs of all patients are consistently met.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS ? Oversee clinical operations, schedules, staff and daily activities, ensuring that the entire operation is running smoothly ? Ensure that employees are adhering to established policies and procedures ? Oversight of onsite staff and coordination of coverage for call offs and vacation request ? Track and order stock and supplies for the clinic ? Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic/office equipment ? Manage internal and external communications, and answer queries about the clinic ? Maintains and manages all filing, organizational, building access and operational systems for the practice ? Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences ? Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA and OSHA ? Coordinates logistics for internal and external meetings

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ? This position is mainly sedentary but may require standing and walking around to various departments within the practice. ? Able to lift up to 25 pounds

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ? Related degree preferred (Nursing, Healthcare) ? 3 years of experience in the healthcare/medical industry ? 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a clinical setting ? Orthopedic experience preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: ? Ability to supervise and motivate employees to perform their duties efficiently and effectively ? Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality service is provided ? Knowledge of procuring supplies and equipment that is needed at the clinic ? Competent with computer-based applications and healthcare administration systems ? Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with physicians, patients, healthcare providers and specialists, as well as the public ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
