Details Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility unit with 14-28 beds Patient population includes adults with stroke, brain injury, amputation, multi-trauma, hip fracture, spinal cord injury, debility, and cardiac conditions RN to patient ratio of 6:1 and LPN to patient ratio of 7:1 Uses Cerner EHR and Omnicell equipment Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Every other weekend rotation required No call requirements No floating requirements 13-week assignment length Requirements Active RN or LPN license (VA or compact) required Current BLS certification required (AHA certifications required) Minimum 1 year of experience required, no new grads considered IRF or Med-Surg experience required Cerner EHR experience required Additional Information Work within a transdisciplinary, team-based care environment Navy blue scrubs required Report time is 6:45 AM or 6:45 PM depending on shift Unit is expanding to a second location on the same floor Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time American Traveler Job ID P-747713.
