Location: Byron and Kasson, Minnesota, in-personPay: $50,000 - $55,000 per yearSchedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00, in addition possible evenings and weekends depending upon occupancy and move in and move outs.We are looking for a property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of the Valley View and Southridge residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of assigned propertiesMaintain a positive, productive relationship with tenantsProcessing Section 8 certificationsNegotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable mannerAdvertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenantsCollect receivable accounts and handle operating expensesOversee properties' personnel and assess its performanceAccomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performanceSkillsProven work experience as property managerFully understanding property management and its financial aspectsIn depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property managementCompetency in MS Office and YardiCustomer focus and bottom line orientationStrong communication and presentation skillsWell organized with excellent time management skillsMetes & Bounds Management Company founded in 1978, is a full-service property management company handling all aspects of property management to meet our clients' need.
