Bring your expertise in pediatric occupational therapy to a rewarding contract opportunity serving early childhood settings in Lackawanna County! This onsite, school-based position is ideal for a skilled OT who thrives supporting young learners and is passionate about making a lasting impact.

You'll work 21 hours per week, spread across 2-3 days—with the exciting potential to increase to 5 days as the calendar year progresses. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 16, 2027, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships with students, families, and educational teams.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• School-based OT experience preferred
• Comfortable working with children in early childhood settings
• Able to provide or obtain all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Experience adapting interventions to engage and support young learners
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to early childhood students onsite in schools
• Work closely with educational staff to support classroom participation and student success
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school/IEP requirements
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with families and teams
• Adapt therapy approaches to best suit diverse developmental needs
• Support students with sensory, fine motor, and self-help skills
