Make an impact in early childhood education by providing specialized occupational therapy services to young learners in Lackawanna County. Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
• Recent experience in school settings highly desired, especially with early childhood populations
• Comfortable working onsite within early childhood classrooms
• Ability to demonstrate best practices in pediatric OT and partner with educators and families
• Current PA clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to start date

Role Highlights:

• Deliver direct OT services to children in early learning programs, fostering developmental skills and access to the school curriculum
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff regarding interventions and accommodations
• Schedule: 21 hours across 2-3 days per week, with a strong possibility of increased hours (up to full-time) based on district needs and candidate interest
• Provide therapy designed for a variety of needs, including fine motor, sensory regulation, and adaptive skills
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP or team meetings as required
• Contract begins as soon as possible and continues through June 16, 2027
