Your mission? Keep everything moving efficiently by connecting the dots between suppliers, systems, and internal teams.
What You Bring to the Table

A bachelors degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or alternatively, 2+ years of hands-on experience in materials coordination, planning, purchasing, or similar roles.
A strong comfort level working closely with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

What Youll Be Doing

Act as the driving force behind closing Direct Ship purchase orders by proactively collaborating with external suppliers on order confirmations, shipping timelines, and freight costs
Dive into data to analyze and resolve purchase orders on hold keeping workflows efficient and uninterrupted
Ensure suppliers align with our freight guidelines, maintaining consistency and compliance
Troubleshoot delivery challenges by partnering with suppliers to find effective solutions
Identify and flag obsolete parts, keeping the Master Data Management (MDM) team informed
Work side-by-side with Order Management, Material Planning, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to on-time delivery goals and help elevate supplier performance standards
Prepare and share essential purchasing documentation with suppliers, including tax exemption forms and other critical paperwork
Support the distribution and acknowledgment of purchase orders
Respond to customer and internal team requests with agility and accuracy
Take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise your growth matters to us
Champion lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance
