Position Overview We are seeking an ambitious and self‑starting Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects at our Port Washington, WI site. This role ensures projects progress efficiently, remain organized, and meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. This position is onsite in Port Washington, WI. Essential Job Functions Assist with day‑to‑day coordination of construction projects, ensuring activities align with project goals. Schedule, organize, and support project meetings and ensure participants are informed and prepared. Maintain open and transparent communication with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Ensure compliance with Vantage document control procedures and file specifications. Maintain accurate project records and monitor document workflows to support timely reviews, approvals, and distribution. Assist in the management and processing of vendor contracts and purchase orders. Support preparation and distribution of project reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues. Prepare and distribute routine project reports and status updates as required. Support tracking of action items, deliverables, and follow‑ups to maintain project momentum. Handle additional duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements Combination of education and/or proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. 1‑3 years of experience supporting construction projects in a Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience with contract preparation or purchase order processing preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. High level of integrity and professionalism. Positive, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Travel expected to be approximately 5% and may increase as business needs evolve.
