Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving local and regional sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns, community outreach, and strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include developing promotional initiatives, supporting franchise and store-level sales efforts, coordinating local events, and creating marketing materials aligned with Dog Haus brand standards. The specialist will analyze sales and marketing performance, provide regular reporting, and recommend adjustments to improve results. This role also collaborates closely with operations teams, trains staff on promotional programs and guest engagement, and ensures consistent brand communication across digital and in-store channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven Customer Service and guest relations skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences and building long-term loyalty.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing opportunities in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience in Training and coaching team members on sales techniques, promotions, and brand standards.
• Background in Sales Management or coordination, including tracking performance metrics and supporting sales targets.
• Experience in marketing or brand promotion, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or retail; familiarity with social media and local marketing tactics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with reliable access to work from home tools and willingness to be on-site as needed.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experiance in running social media platorms.
