Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the QSR Manager position in Boston, MA will possess the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Previous QSR management experience with a sales volume of at least $2 million per year in a high customer service standard environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business trends and drive revenue performance
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience managing and developing a team, including performance management and hiring
- Union experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities
As the QSR Manager in Boston, MA , your primary focus will be to establish and maintain outstanding guest service while driving operational excellence. You will:
- Implement and uphold guest service standards that reflect the company's commitment to superior hospitality
- Analyze and measure business trends to maximize sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
- Manage and minimize expenses and payroll costs to maintain operational efficiency
- Plan and assign daily goals, tasks, and assignments to your team
- Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and maintain well-organized, fully stocked selling floors
- Review location trends and recommend initiatives to maximize goals and objectives
- Train and develop store management in all aspects of the business, while directing and monitoring ongoing development for all location personnel
- Oversee customer service functions, including addressing guest inquiries, handling transactions accurately, and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of sales, prepare inventory reports, and manage merchandise ordering
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming unit at all times
- Manage all employees within your location and take full ownership of their performance management and hiring
Please note: This QSR Manager role in Boston, MA regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. There are no travel requirements for this position.
