** ABOUT THE ROLE **

Atlas is looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal with strong contract management experience to support our legal, business, and regulatory operations. You'll own the contract lifecycle from drafting through renewal, support corporate filings and compliance, and conduct the legal and regulatory research that keeps a fast-growing, regulated organization running smoothly.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated industry is a strong plus. If you're organized, proactive, and energized by work that blends legal precision with real business impact, we'd love to hear from you.

** WHAT YOU'LL DO **

• ** Manage contracts end to end —** draft, review, and administer vendor agreements, service agreements, and healthcare-related contracts.
• ** Own the contract lifecycle —** track key dates, renewals, and obligations, and keep compliance requirements on schedule.
• ** Prepare documents for signature —** circulate contracts and corporate documents and maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
• ** Partner across the business —** work with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• ** Research and advise —** conduct legal and regulatory research, with a focus on healthcare and pharmacy operations.
• ** Support corporate compliance —** assist with corporate filings and maintain compliance documentation at the state and federal levels.
• ** Track licenses and certifications —** monitor regulatory requirements and keep credentials current.
• ** Keep records organized —** maintain clean electronic file systems for contracts and legal documents, and provide general legal and administrative support to cross-functional teams.

** WHAT YOU'LL BRING **

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong contract management focus.
• Hands-on experience managing the full contract lifecycle — drafting, tracking, renewals, and record keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS **

• Bachelor's or Associate degree.
• Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved program a plus).
• Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or another regulated industry.
