Type of Work: Full-Time Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $18.00/hr Job Requirements: At least 1 year working experience at ShipNetwork (preferred) Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and oral communication skills Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking Proficient with computer and cell phone applications Work productively with minimal supervision Can do, positive demeanor What You'll Do: Lead returns team in daily processing Maintain FIFO processing for all clients Understand and follow the returns process and SOPs Maintain a clean work area Train and audit employees Other duties as assigned
