Cancellation Policy: Guaranteed hours. Client may cancel up to two shifts on an 8-week assignment and up to three shifts on a 13-week assignment without penalty. After a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working on an assignment, the Agency may cancel a longterm assignment without any penalty if a fourteen-day advance notice is provided to the Client. If less than a fourteen-day advance notice is given by Agency, then Agency will pay a cancellation fee equal to three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional at the appropriate rate. Before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working on an assignment, Client may cancel a longterm assignment without any penalty if at least a seven-day advance notice is provided to the Agency. If Client cancels an assignment before a Clinical Assigned Professional has begun working with less than a seven-day notice, Client will pay a cancellation fee of three regular shifts for the Clinical Assigned Professional.
