Commercial HVAC - Project Manager | $130,000 - $140,000 SalarySchedule: Monday through FridayJob Duties: Clear understanding of HVAC, and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specificationsJob site visits to ensure projects are on trackUnderstand mechanical plans, and construction schedulesCreate/track budgets and accurately forecast cost to completeAttend project meetingsReview ContractsOrder materials and equipment accuratelyIdentify change orders and price COP'sBuild positive relationships with customers and coworkersAbility to work as a Team member with office and fieldEmerald Aire Inc | Auburn WA We are a Design-Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF systems. Our Project Managers are involved in every facet of a project - from early design coordination through execution and final closeout.
