We're seeking experienced Welders and Fitter Welders to join a respected fabrication team in St. Joseph. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment on 1st shift. What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality welds according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding plans
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and strong weld quality
- Complete a hands-on welding skills assessment
- Prior welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards
- Must provide own welding hood and steel-toe boots
- Welding jackets and sleeves provided
- Stable 1st shift schedule
- Long-term employment opportunities
