The ideal candidate will have experience working with stainless steel pipe welding and a strong commitment to safety standards. This role involves performing high-quality welds in an industrial construction environment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Perform stainless steel welding tasks with precision and efficiency in accordance with project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of welding equipment. Complete site safety training and adhere to company safety policies. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in stainless steel welding in an industrial setting. Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card. Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests. Basic Plus certification required; candidates without certification must obtain it within the first week of employment. Completion of site safety training within the first week of employment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment and adapt to varying project demands. Preferred Skills Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and/or Stick welding techniques. Experience working in industrial construction or similar environments.
