Position Overview As a Sales Executive you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will build long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and highlighting returns on investment using CoStar Group’s proprietary analytic tools. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, studying industry trends, conducting product demonstrations and building a client portfolio. You will receive extensive classroom and field training, gaining marketable skills in digital marketing and sales. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management – Build client relationships through consultative sales, drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on strategic marketing. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve goals. Prospecting – Conduct regular in‑person meetings; travel by car may be required and could extend outside the driving radius of your office location. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of successful full‑cycle B2B sales and account management in CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not‑for‑profit university or college. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience. Current, valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Commercial Real Estate. Success in building long‑term relationships and business partnerships at a senior/C‑Suite level. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle by or before start date. Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company. Self‑starter who can work independently within a team environment.
