Retail Media Specialist

To drive online revenue growth, the full-time Retail Media Specialist will manage and execute paid media strategies across Amazon, Walmart, and emerging platforms, collaborating closely with eCommerce Sales and Marketing teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize retailer-sponsored search campaigns to enhance conversion rates on retailer websites Develop and analyze digital marketing strategies and campaign performance metrics to inform future media strategies Collaborate with internal stakeholders and retail partners to ensure cohesive media strategies and report on campaign insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field Minimum of 4 years' experience in eCommerce Media or Digital Media Proven experience with Amazon and Walmart native media platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to visualize and present data effectively Experience managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
