Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

• Float within ICU and step-down units at a top Columbus hospital
• Manage a patient load of 1:3-4 in high-acuity units
• Perform IV starts, telemonitoring, and other critical care duties
• Adapt to various units, potentially including other facilities like Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, or Dodd
• Follow established protocols for patient safety and care standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active and unrestricted)
• 2+ years of ICU/critical care experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Proficiency in IV starts, tele monitoring, and Epic electronic health records
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to float between units as required
