What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to cardiac ICU patients with complex needs and high acuity
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, pacemakers, Swan-Ganz catheters, and balloon pumps
• Administer conscious sedation and IV therapy, including starting IVs and managing telemetries
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC or other electronic health records
• Float within units as needed, providing high-quality care across similar acuity levels
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including BLS and ACLS protocols

What You Need:

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• 2+ years of recent Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management, and specific cardiac procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
