Technology Support Analyst
Our client is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to provide advanced technical support and deliver an exceptional end-user experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues, supporting workplace technology, and collaborating with teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 75-85k

What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workstation equipment.
- Support audio/visual systems, video conferencing platforms, and meeting room technology, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets, document solutions, and serve as an escalation resource for complex issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system maintenance, endpoint security, equipment deployments, and technical improvement initiatives.
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or technical support, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Hands-on experience with hardware installation, configuration, repair, and A/V conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or Crestron.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, with experience managing support tickets and resolving technical issues.
