FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE
Full-time experienced auto technician
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with some possible overtime. NO WEEKENDS. Pay is DOE, hourly with competitive flag rate commissions, whichever is higher.

21-years and going strong, family owned and operated shop with a solid middle to upper-class customer base in Mesa, AZ. We service all makes and models with high volume Euro and imports. Workspace is indoor with cooled bays - clean and professional with lifts, alignment machine, and quick lube basement bay. We focus on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs - no tires. Our customers trust us and we work hard to keep it that way. A+ rated with the BBB for over 10-years.
TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Service all makes and models. Our techs must be proficient with automotive theories and comfortable diagnosing and repairing complex issues with very limited supervision. Imports experience, especially Euro, is highly desired!
Daily jobs may include: Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Inspections and recommendations, belts, hoses, brakes, flushes, filters, induction services, diagnostics (must be able to accurately diagnose with minimal supervision), repairs to include suspension & steering, engines, transmissions, radiator and cooling, air conditioning, electronics, wiring, emissions. Multi-tasking is critical. Must be able to read schematics and perform common sense diagnostics, accurately. Must own a professional set of tools. Techs have access to the shop scanners and updated subscriptions.
Requirements: Must be a clean and professional technician that takes pride in their work and handles customer vehicles with care. Must have a track record of flagging hours without workmanship comebacks. Must have the ability to work with others - give and receive constructive criticism. Must be able to communicate with service advisors and customers in a precise and professional manner.
Must be MVD insurable with good driving record, have a valid drivers license, and be drug free.
Preferred Education: Associates degree or ASE certified + 5 years experience in professional shop environment at level B or above.
