Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As an account representative for Brian Nogueira State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. This position will be designed to work in the office three days a week and two days remote.
Benefits include 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, paid time off, and training & development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be able to get licensed in Property and Casualty within 60 days of employment.
- Licensing reimbursement program.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
