As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most. Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
• Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential
• Daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts available

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Providing companionship, conversation, and social engagement
• Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing medication reminders according to care plans
• Assisting with transportation to appointments and errands
• Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
• Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality

Qualifications

No professional caregiving experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Ability to provide physical assistance, including transfers and mobility support when necessary
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screening, and other pre-employment screenings as required
