Staff RN - Emergency Department

We are seeking a part‑time registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in diverse healthcare settings, primarily in the emergency department. Key Responsibilities Include Performing initial, ongoing, and functional health assessments (30%). Documenting nursing diagnoses and developing care plans to achieve patient outcomes (30%). Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions, adjusting plans based on patient responses (20%). Participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency (10%). Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency in line with high reliability organization standards (10%). Qualifications Include Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required). Current RN licensure by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. CPR certification. No prior experience required.
