- Supportive Leadership: Management with firsthand automotive technician experience.
- Training & Development: Opportunities for continued technical training and professional growth.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule with only one Saturday per month.
- Family-Owned Dealership: A team environment where your skills, hard work, and contributions are valued.
What We're Looking For:
- Willingness to learn and perform internal transmission diagnosis and repairs as a required part of the position.
- Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
- Motivated, dependable, and able to maintain a productive workflow.
- Ability to perform engine, drivetrain, electrical, and general mechanical repairs.
- GM experience and ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive flat-rate pay with production bonuses.
- Healthcare benefits and paid time off available after 90 days.
- 401(k) retirement plan — eligibility requirements apply.
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM.
