Wellness Coordinator

Job Summary This position is responsible for researching, developing, and conducting preventive care and health education programs for corporate customers, including the development of collaterals and outcomes reporting. The role also involves providing onsite support for designated employer groups for worksite wellness activities. Ability to travel, including overnight stays, is required. Required Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Community or Public Health, or the health field. Registered dietitian (where contractually obligated). 4 years of experience developing and presenting programs in corporate, public, or community health education, or health promotion. Knowledge of the health and wellness marketplace and employer trends. Verbal and written communication skills, including composing and conducting presentations, composing programs, and interfacing with internal staff/management and external vendors and community resources. Organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a group with minimal supervision. Analytical experience in medical/health education analysis. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to travel, including overnight stays. Preferred Job Qualifications Worksite Wellness Certification (e.g., Certified Health Education Specialist - CHES, or Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist - CWWS) or Nutrition Certification. Client‑dedicated position – on site in College Station; requires 30% travel (#LI-AC1). The compensation offered will vary depending on job‑related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. Base Pay Range: $55,900.00 – $123,500.00.
