Order Entry & Quotations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and manage customer quotations
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Create and maintain shipping and export documentation
- Process invoices, billing, and customer payments
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
