Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and manage customer quotations
Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
Create and maintain shipping and export documentation
Process invoices, billing, and customer payments
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and customer information
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
