Dental Treatment Coordinator

Dental Treatment Coordinator Dental Implant and Perio Partners is seeking a personable and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients by reviewing recommended treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, coordinating care, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through completion of treatment. Our patient centered periodontal practice is committed to delivering exceptional care in a comfortable, modern environment. Schedule: Full Time, M/W 7:30am-5:00pm, T/TH 7:30am-4:00pm and Fri 7:30am-12:00pm Responsibilities Present proposed treatment plans to patients and explain procedures, timelines, and financial obligations Coordinate scheduling of treatment appointments based on provider availability and patient needs Obtain necessary pre-authorizations and ensure accurate insurance benefit breakdowns Review payment options, process financial arrangements, and collect payments as needed Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and ensure timely case acceptance Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and communication Serve as a liaison between the provider and patient to facilitate understanding and trust Educate patients on the importance and value of proposed treatments Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations Assist with front desk duties as needed Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a dental administrative role 3+ years of experience presenting treatment plans Preferred Skills Dentrix experience is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor Strong organizational and time-management abilities Experience with dental practice management software Ability to explain complex information in a clear and supportive way Understanding of dental procedures, codes, and insurance plans Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more! The salary range for this role is $26-$29 per hour.
