Community Mental Health Peer Recovery Specialist (CRSS)
Thresholds
Thresholds is hiring a Community Support Specialist to deliver mental health and substance use support in clients' communities. This peer role values lived recovery experience and requires CRSS or ability to obtain it within a year.
You will work with a care team on planning, resource linkage, and helping clients access services, while modeling recovery and building trust through consistent, compassionate engagement.
