Job Overview Join Collins Aerospace as a Senior Repair Operations Supervisor and play a key role in leading the operations of Customer Return Goods that support some of the aerospace and defense industry’s most advanced technologies. In this position, you will oversee multiple production cells or a complex manufacturing area, ensuring teams are aligned to meet quality, delivery, and operational objectives. You will serve as a frontline leader, providing direction, setting daily priorities, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting both employee development and business performance. This role is responsible for driving production execution, coordinating schedules, optimizing workflow sequencing, and resolving material and logistics challenges to keep operations running efficiently. You will partner closely with employees, cross‑functional teams, and customers to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service. Shift Information 2nd shift onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA, 3:30 pm – 12 am. Salary and Compensation Salary range for this role is 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good‑faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
